13 ‘No More Bottles’ water stations have been placed across the venue at Al Hamra for the RAK Championship and RAK Classic, with players, caddies, officials, guests, volunteers and fans all having access to free filtered drinking water. The public are encouraged to bring their own bottles to refill, free of charge.

Ian Hannah, Co-Founder and Director at ‘No More Bottles’ said: To be able to work with organisations like the DP World Tour and Al Hamra Golf Club, Ras Al Khaimah, who both see the benefit, and are willing to be the drivers of change within the local community with regards supporting sustainability, and the local ecosystem, has been a pleasure. We at ‘No More Bottles’ don’t consider ourselves a supplier, we are partners, all playing our small part in the bigger picture.

“As the authorised distributor for Waterlogic products within the UAE, the players, caddies, guests, officials, volunteers, contractors and spectators can rest assured that they are now drinking the safest filtered and purified water there is. Waterlogic, like the DP World Tour, is a global brand, all water dispensers have Firewall UV purification and BioCote surface protection as standard, complemented by contactless foot pedals to reduce contact touchpoints. We look forward to a long and sustainable partnership and to help the DP World Tour within the UAE to be the catalyst for real positive change.”
