Al Hamra is introducing two brand-new services to its vibrant Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah. The initiatives – including a storage service for shopping bags and an in-mall transport system – will serve to enhance the destination’s offerings, bringing comfort and convenience to the forefront of the shopping experience.

Set to launch on 28th June, ‘Aman’ (meaning safe in Arabic) is a hassle-free service that is designed to elevate the shopping experience for guests by providing secure storage options for heavy bags and goods. Through ‘Aman’, customers will be able to drop their shopping bags at a central customer service desk for safekeeping while they explore the mall’s extensive retail and entertainment attractions. All goods will be securely stored in on-site lockers and will be available for pick-up at shoppers’ convenience, within mall hours.

Commenting on the inspiration behind ‘Aman’, Lee Northmore, Vice President of Retail, Malls, and Leasing at Al Hamra said: “’Aman’ is a unique solution in Ras Al Khaimah that brings convenience and care to the forefront of Manar Mall’s operations. The service provides shoppers with the option of dropping their bags off – with the peace of mind that they’ll be kept safe – and going hands-free, creating space for a more relaxed and immersive shopping experience.”

The mall is also launching an indoor Mall Taxi service, designed to offer shoppers a convenient and efficient means of transport between shops. Complete with comfortable seating and a team of professional drivers, the Mall Taxis promise a safe and enjoyable journey throughout the mall. Customers can reach the team at +971 (0) 566 661 021 to have a taxi dispatched to their location, with the budget-friendly price of AED 10 per trip.

During this Eid Al Adha, Manar Mall is collaborating with Ras Al Khaimah Police from the 28th of June to the 30th of June 2023 through a series of special evening activations starting at 19:00 in the mall’s central atrium. From musical parades and daily competitions with exciting prizes to dance performances inspired by ancient Egypt and the cultural heritage of India, Manar Mall will be a celebration of dance, music, and colour for all the family to enjoy.

Sized at 90,000 square metres, with over 170 retail outlets, 30 F&B venues, and a 10,000-sqm waterfront promenade, Manar Mall is Al Hamra’s flagship retail centre in the heart of Ras Al Khaimah. The ‘Aman’ desk will be open in the mall’s central atrium from 10 AM – 10 PM on weekdays, and 10 AM – 12 AM on weekends.
