Al Hamra has been listed among Top 50 GCC Developers 2022 by Construction Week Middle East based on the accomplishments in the past 12 months. The selection criteria include value of projects under construction; value and/or size of the land bank; value of new projects launched (for developers with multiple projects, combined value was considered) and value of new contract awards.
The rankings of 2022 were based on publicly available information about the companies, responses to the questionnaire, and the editorial team’s combined assessment of each company’s achievements in the past 12 months.
The list includes the likes of Emaar, Aldar, Nakheel, Dubai Holding Real Estate, Sobha, Arada, Azizi Developments, Damac, Sharjah Investment and Development Authority and many others from across the UAE and GCC.
