The AED 1 billion project not only will enhance the real estate and hospitality offering in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah by taking the living a notch up but will also be one of the star attractions in the UAE.

The Star Attraction List 2022 released by the Arabian Travel Market includes 13 highly ambitious iconic projects from across the UAE which will be enhancing the overall appeal of the country as a preferred destination to live, work and holiday. Two projects from Ras Al Khaimah including Jais Sledder and Al Hamra's new residential development project Falcon Island have been featured on the list alongside The Museum of Future, Deira Islands, Mohammed bin Rashid Library, Dubai Creek Harbour, District 2020 of Dubai, Al Qana National Aquarium, Reem Mall, Zayed National Museum, Abu Dhabi Midfield Terminal and Guggenheim Museum of Abu Dhabi and Al Hira Beach of Sharjah across lifestyle, retail, hospitality, leisure and tourism.
The listing also mentions about Al Hamra's plans of improving its other hospitality and leisure assets including Al Hamra Residence, Al Hamra Village and residence, Waterfront and Al Hamra Marina and Yacht Club.
